Terms & Conditions for ‘TATA Card Airline Cash Back Offer’
  1. This offer is valid for Indian citizens only.

  2. This Cash Back offer is valid for Domestic Air Tickets booked on all booking classes using your Tata Credit Card only through Ezeego One Travel & Tours Ltd.

  3. Bookings have to be made online on our website www.ezeego1.com or by calling our 24x7 Customer Service Team at 1800 209 800 (All Networks) or GSM 09867565900.

  4. The Cash Back is calculated only on the Basic Fare mentioned on the ticket. All surcharges and taxes are payable extra.

    Airlines Cash Back
    All Airlines. Flat 30% –cashback on  the base fare or Rs. 350/- whichever is lower

  5. The Cash Back will be credited back to your Tata Credit Card account within 21 working days and will accordingly reflect in your card statement. 

  6. All tickets would be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard airline terms and conditions.

  7. Cancellation charges / date change penalties will be applicable as per the airline rules for all tickets purchased through this promotion.

  8. Apart from the amendment / cancellation charges levied by the airlines, ezeego1 will charge a handling fee of Rs. 200/- per ticket per person for all amendments / cancellations. Refunds if any will be processed only after deducting the same. There will be no refund on partly utilized tickets.

  9. Cash back amount will be reversed in case of any cancellation.

  10. The Cash Back offer is valid only for bookings made between 1st Nov. ‘11 - 31st Jan. ’12.

  11. This promotion is funded from a special promotional budget created by Ezeego1.

  12. Ezeego1 and Tata Cards reserve the right to add or withdraw any airline from the offer during the promotion period.

  13. Ezeego1 and Tata Cards shall not guarantee or be held responsible or liable for any product or service offered by the Airlines which is not within the control of Ezeego1 and Tata Cards.

  14. All and any disputes or differences arising from the Offer shall be subject to arbitration within the meaning of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. A sole arbitrator appointed by SBICPSL for this purpose shall carry out arbitration of all such disputes and/or differences. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the disputing parties. The place of arbitration shall be New Delhi and the language of arbitration shall be English. Existence of a difference /dispute shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL.

  15. Ezeego1 and Tata Cards reserve the right to change or withdraw the Offer, any time at the sole discretion of the Management. The Terms and Conditions of this promotion are subject to change without any prior notice.

  16. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer currently applicable on www.ezeego1.com for the same products.

  17. The Offer is not open to the relatives and employees of Ezeego1 and its associate companies.

Hotels-Terms and Conditions

  1. This offer is valid for Indian citizens only.

  2. This Cash Back offer is valid for Domestic and International Hotel Bookings made through Ezeego One Travel & Tours Ltd. using your Tata Credit Card.

  3. Bookings have to be made online on our website www.ezeego1.com or by calling our 24x7 Customer Service Team at 18002090800 (All Networks) or GSM 09867565900

  4. The cash back offer on domestic and international hotels is applicable on bookings for - a minimum transaction amount of Rs. 2000 per booking

  5. The Cash Back amount will be credited back to your Credit/Debit Card account within 21 working days after check out from the hotel and will accordingly reflect in your card statement.

  6. All bookings would be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard terms and conditions on ezeego1 website.

  7. In case of non availability of rooms, an alternate will be offered. Any difference in price for the alternate offer will be payable by the customer.

  8. Cancellation/ Amendment charges will be applicable as per the hotel policy. Any cancellations during peak period may attract upto 100% retention.

  9. Apart from the amendment / cancellation charges levied by the hotels, ezeego1 will charge a handling fee of Rs. 300/- per booking for all amendments / cancellations. Refunds if any will be processed only after deducting the same.

  10. The Cash Back offer is valid only for bookings made between 1st Nov. ‘11 - 31st Jan. ’12.

  11. For International hotel bookings, cardholder needs to submit following documents in order to release the vouchers-
    • Copy of the first 2 and last 2 pages of the traveler`s valid passport

    • BTQ form duly filled in and signed by the traveler
      # Copy of Proof of Address (any one of the below)
      # Telephone Bill
      # Electricity Bill
      # Latest Bank Statement
      # Letter from any recognized Public Authority
