Terms and conditions

1. The Tata Card Offer ('Offer') from SBI Cards & Payment Services Private Ltd. ('SBICPSL') is open only to those Tata credit cardholders ('Cardholders') who have received the offer from SBI Cards and Payment Services Pvt. Ltd ('SBICPSL') through an appropriate medium decided by SBICSPL, and hold a valid and current Tata Credit Card ('Card') i.e., with no outstanding of more than 30 days
2. The Offer is valid on all qualifying transactions made between 23^rd Sept 2011 and 30^th Sept’2011 (both days included) unless otherwise specified ('Term').  
3. Under this Offer, a Cardholder can avail Rs.100 Cashback, if he/she spends Rs. 500 or more during the Term. 
4. Offer is applicable only on total retail spends undertaken on TATA Card credit cards. The offer does not include Fuel, ATM Cash Withdrawal, Easy Bill Pay, Balance Transfer, Encash and Easy Money draft (EMD) products for TATA Card.  
5. Under the program, each cardholder can avail a maximum of Rs. 100/- as Cashback.  
6. Cash back is given only to the Cardholders who are eligible as a part of Offer on their TATA Card. Decision of SBICPSL about eligibility of cardholders is final and binding.  
7. Cash back will be credited to the TATA Card customer’s account on or before 31^st Oct’ 2011 
8. Any query regarding the program will be entertained till  31^st  Oct 2011. SBICPSL will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this offer post 31^st  Oct 2011.  
9. This Offer is a stand alone Offer and the benefits offered under this Offer cannot be clubbed together and/or in any way be cumulated with any other offer of SBICPSL in any manner, or form. 
10. Cardholders are not bound in anyway to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a 'best effort basis'.  
11. SBICPSL reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to the Offer at any time without prior notice. Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 including any statutory amendments carried thereof. Arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by SBICPSL for this purpose and the award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the cardholder and SBICPSL. The place of arbitration shall be New Delhi and the language of arbitration shall be English.
