  3. Your One Time Password will be sent to you instantly on your registered e mail id and Mobile number.
  4. Log in with your card no and One Time Password.
  5. Create your user id and change default password.
  6. Click on book EMD on the left hand menu navigation.
  7. Fill in the EMD details and submit.

Existing user

  1. This facility is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current Tata Card (i.e., with no outstanding of more than 30 days) unless withdrawn to any class of cardholders at the sole discretion of SBICPSL.Notwithstanding the foregoing,SBI Cards and Payment Services Pvt. Ltd. (SBICPSL) however, reserves its right to decline any issuance of either of the monetary instruments on any request received to protect, minimize or offset its unsecured risk exposure from an inconsistent card account.f

  2. Request for a monetary instrument in either draft or cheque, through a phone call amounts to availing of the benefits and facilities under this facility by the concerned Cardholder and accordingly shall be taken as deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set out herein.

  3. The Cash Limit on your TATA Card will be blocked for the amount for which either of the draft or cheque facilities have been extended by SBICPSL to you , at the time your request is processed. The request shall be declined if there is no available cash limit on your credit card account or if the requested amount is greater than the cash limit.

  4. Offer of 2.45% interest per month for 45 days with a processing fee of 1.5% or Rs 199 (whichever is higher) is valid on your Easy Money Draft or Cheque (Collectively hereinafter referred to as " EMD") booked. All subsequent EMDs booked will be charged at the regular and applicable rate of interest i.e. upto 3.35% p.m.(w.e.f. 1st October 2008) in addition to a transaction fee of 1.5% or Rs 199 (whichever is higher). Should you chose to carry forward the amount of EMD post 45 days of your booking you shall be charged (a) with the regular rate of interest i.e. upto 3.35% p.m.(w.e.f. 1st October 2008) on the amount carry forwarded or any balance (b) all fresh retail purchases will attract regular rate of interest from the date of purchase.

  5. The draft or cheque issued under this facility will be treated as a cash advance to the Cardholder. A transaction fee of 1.5% or Rs 199 (whichever is higher) and interest upto 3.35% p.m.(w.e.f. 1st October 2008)( from the date either the cheque or draft is issued) will be charged on the amount of the draft or cheque.

  6. In case of non-receipt or late delivery of either of the issued instruments, the cardholder will not hold SBICPSL responsible for any losses, damages, liabilities that may incur to the cardholder and all direct, indirect, incidental and consequential liabilities pertaining to the same does not rest with SBICPSL.

  7. If the either of the monetary instruments issued by SBICPSL is lost or stolen, SBICPSL must be informed immediately. SBICPSL may reissue the instrument subject to receiving the request with a signed/filled indemnity of the cardholder and on determination of SBICPSL as per its internal policy and procedures. Notwithstanding the foregoing, there is no liability or responsibility placed upon SBICPSL for any lost or stolen instrument and accordingly there is no liability or duty cast upon SBICPSL for replacement or compensation which shall be discretionary power vested in SBICPSL.

  8. SBICPSL shall not be held liable/responsible for any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses, which the TATA Cardholder may suffer, sustain or incur by availing this facility.

  9. In case the cardholder places a cancellation request within 45 days of the EMD getting booked, then all fees charged will be reversed. The charges will not be reversed once cheque or draft issued to the cardholder has been cleared and resulted in a clear credit to the cardholder account .In case of a cancellation post 45 days the fees charged will not be reversible.

  10. The total amount of the instrument issued and the transaction fee will be debited from the Cash Limit on your TATA Card at the time the request is processed and will appear as a debit in the monthly statement.

  11. SBICPSL reserves the right to modify, alter or change all or any of the terms and conditions applicable to this scheme.

  12. The terms and conditions shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms and conditions in the Cardholder Agreement.

  13. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment or representation by SBICPSL to conduct further similar or other schemes. All disputes or differences are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of a sole arbitrator appointed by SBICPSL for this purpose. The Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance to Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 with any statutory amendments carried thereof. The place of arbitration shall be New Delhi and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL.
