For any change in Current Residence Address on existing credit card account, cardholders are requested to submit their KYC doc(s) securely through DigiLocker.
DigiLocker (Recommended) – Secure & Convenient
Follow the below steps for secure digital submission:
Step 1 – Login to https://www.tatacard.com/address-change
Step 2 – Go to ‘Address’ tab and click on ‘Update’
Step 3 – Click on ‘Verify Now’ to submit your KYC doc(s) using DigiLocker
Step 4 - Click on ‘Proceed’ to confirm the address on your Aadhaar as your Current Residence Address
Step 5 - Enter the OTP sent on your Registered Mobile Number
Your request for address change will be submitted.
If your Current Residence Address is not updated on your Aadhaar or any other KYC doc(s)
Step 1 – Login to https://www.tatacard.com/address-change
Step 2 – Go to ‘Address’ tab and click on ‘Update’
Step 3 – Click on ‘Verify Now’ to submit your KYC doc(s) using DigiLocker
Step 4 - Click on ‘Modify’ and enter your Current Residence Address
Step 5 – Select “Click here in case current address proof not available” for direct submission basis self-declaration
Step 6 - Enter the OTP sent on your Registered Mobile Number
Your request for address change will be submitted.
We strongly recommend that you submit your request for address change through DigiLocker.
However, if you wish to submit your request by uploading a copy of your KYC doc(s), you may do so by submitting any of the below Current Residence Address proofs.

If you still choose to submit Aadhaar document- It is highly advisable to submit downloaded copy of “e-Aadhaar” as QR code on the copy of your Aadhaar is required to be validated as per UIDAI guideline. To download latest e-Aadhaar, visit https://ssup.uidai.gov.in/ssup/. Hence, please ensure following so that your request gets successfully processed:
· Address on your Aadhaar is matching with your Current Residence Address · Provide clear & latest copy only of your Masked Aadhaar (To download latest copy of Masked Aadhaar from UIDAI Visit https://ssup.uidai.gov.in/ssup/) · Document should not be password protected- To remove password: Give Print command and change printer to “Save as PDF” Validate the QR on your Aadhaar using m-Aadhaar App. Share the copy only if you re able to read the QR through the m-Aadhaar App. |

Note for Foreign Nationals:
In case the documents submitted by a foreign national do not contain the details of address, the documents issued by government departments of foreign jurisdictions and letters issued by the Foreign Embassy or Mission in India shall be accepted as proof of address. You can submit the request along with relevant document through our Website.
Note for NRI/PIO Customers:
As defined in the Foreign Exchange Management (Deposit) Regulations 2016, NRI/PIO customers can, alternatively, obtain the original certified copy. You can submit the request along with relevant document through our Website.
