Update contact details and office address on your SBI Card account

  • Your contact details and office address can now be updated for all cards associated to your credit card account with a single click.
  • Avail this feature in the ‘My Profile’ section of your card account.

Digital KYC for contact change

  • You can now update and validate your contact details using DigiLocker to fetch your KYC document(s).
  • Avail this feature in the ‘My Profile’ section of your card account by clicking on ‘Update KYC’.

Enhanced security for account logint

  • Experience an even more secure card account login mechanism. While logging in via card number you now need to enter your Date of Birth as well.

Password change policy

  • For even more secured card account login mechanism, your new account password needs to be different from your last 5 passwords.


November 2022 Release

3D Secure Transaction Dispute Mechanism Updated

    • You can now raise dispute for fraudulent Online Trxns. done using OTP obtained fraudulently over call, by sharing proof of fraud within the same webform.
    • To raise disputes, access the ‘Dispute Transaction’ section under the ‘Services’ section in the LHS menu


OTP on International Number to Update Credentials

    • One-time Password will now be sent on your Registered Mobile Number as well as international number, if any, at the time of updating password or unlocking username
    • To update your international number, go to the ‘Services’ section in the LHS menu.

Mandatory Password Change

    • For even more secure card account login mechanism cardholder needs to change the account login password in every 365 days

Manage Overlimit Transactions

    • Simplified way to manage the Overlimit facility on your card account
    • To avail this feature go to ‘Manage Overlimit Transactions’ under ‘Manage Card Usage’ section of your card account

    • Experience an even more secure card account login mechanism. In the first step, you now need to enter the Card PIN along with the mobile number.

Recurring Transaction Management for Add-on cardholders

    • Add-on cardholders can now manage recurring transactions on their card
    • To enable Standing Instructions, select ‘Recurring Transactions’ under ‘Services’ section of the website post login


June 2022 Release

Removal of Transaction Switches from the eApply Journey

    • You will not be asked to toggle Domestic and International transaction switches during the online credit card application in eApply journey on the website.
    • Domestic Point of Sale (POS) and Domestic ATM transaction switches will be activated by default on the card.

Voluntary Card Closure

    • You can raise a request for voluntary card closure
    • Access the enhanced feature under ‘Services’ section of the App
