• All residents of India holding a valid and current credit card issued by SBICPSL (each a "Card") are eligible to avail the Offer (the holder of a Card, a "Cardholder"). Corporate Cards are not eligible to avail the offer.
• The offer is valid from 9^th October 2018 (12:00 PM onwards) to 15^th October 2018 ("Offer Duration"), unless revoked or extended by Amazon or SBICPSL, without any prior notice and without liability. • Base Offer
  • Under this Offer, any Cardholder who, during the Offer Duration, makes any purchase from Amazon.in and makes the payment using the Card, will be entitled to receive an instant discount of 10% of the total order value for successful transactions made on Amazon.in, provided the order value for such transaction (inclusive of taxes) is equivalent to or exceeds INR 3,000 on a per transaction basis.   • Each Cardholder can avail a maximum instant discount of INR 2,000 per Card under this Offer for the purchases on Amazon.in using the Card, irrespective of number of orders.
• Bonus Offer
  • Under this Offer, cardholder will be entitled for 10% Saving on achieving total accumulated spends of Rs 50000 & above during Offer Duration
  • Cardholder will get Rs 2000 as instant discount & balance as Cashback
  • Max. Saving (Instant discount + Cashback) per card is Rs 8000 
  • For accumulated spends calculation, each individual trxn should be of Rs 3000 & above

• The purchase of the product(s) will be governed by the terms of sale, including terms of exchange (wherever available), applicable to the sale of the product(s) on Amazon.in. This Offer will also be applicable on purchase of product(s) by the Cardholders under an exchange offer.
• For purchases made on Prime Now App, Amazon Udaan Stores and Card payment on COD transactions, customer would get cashback instead of Instant Discount. For such cases, the same offer as mentioned above would apply. Cashback in such cases will be posted on 15 Jan 2019.
• Notwithstanding anything contained in these Offer Terms, this Offer is not applicable on the purchase of the following products:

  • Prepaid phone recharges, DTH recharges, Bill Payments

• Gold coins are not eligible for Bonus Offer. Maximum savings is limited to Rs. 2,000 on purchase of gold coins
• Below Samsung phones would be eligible for cashback and not instant discount. Cashback will be posted on 15 Jan 2019, subject to eligibility as per offer details mentioned above in point nos 5 to 8.

• The Instant Discount would not be applicable on payment made by Cardholders using the 'Cash on Delivery' payment option. In such cases, customer could get cashback provided that: (a) the order(s) is placed by the Cardholders on Amazon.in during the Offer Duration; (b) the Cardholder, at the time of delivery of the order, makes the payment via a card accepting machine carried by the delivery associate, using the Card; (c) payment date of same is maximum within 10 days of program expiry date i.e. from 9 Oct’18 (12 pm onwards) to 25 Oct’18. In the event, for any reason, the card accepting machine is not available or is not working, the Cardholders will not be entitled to avail the Offer.
• The Offer is also valid on EMI (equated monthly installment) transactions, No Cost EMI transactions and Exchange offers. 14% / 15% rate of interest (depending on tenure chosen) is applicable on monthly reducing balance for EMI transactions on the credit Card issued by SBICPSL.
• In the event the order is returned or cancelled by the Cardholder, seller or Amazon Seller Services Private Limited, for any reason whatsoever, and subsequently the order / purchase transaction value falls below INR 3000/-, the order will not qualify for this Offer and the participation of the Cardholder will be deemed withdrawn.
• If Instant Discount is availed on any order, and it is subsequently cancelled, the refund amount of such orders will be posted after adjusting the instant discount amount availed on the purchase.

Other Terms & Conditions

• Any query regarding the instant discount will be entertained by SBICPSL only during the Offer Duration. Post such date, neither SBICPSL nor Amazon will entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer or the benefits under this Offer from any person.
• The cashback will be credited in the eligible Cardholder's account by the SBICPSL on 15^th Jan 2019. Any queries/issues relating to cashback will be entertained by the SBICPSL only till 15^th Feb 2019. For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that a Cardholder must address the queries/issues relating to the cashback to the SBICPSL only.
• The above Offer is by way of a special offer and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of credit card agreement and SBICPSL’s Convert2EMI terms and conditions. The terms of the above offer shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the credit card agreement and SBICPSL’s Convert2EMI terms and conditions
• SBICPSL and Amazon reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not
• SBICPSL and/or Amazon do not endorse any of the products or brands being offered on Amazon.in and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products.
• Products offered under this Offer are subject to availability and accordingly SBICPSL, and/or Amazon, in no circumstances, shall be liable for non-availability of any of any product.
• Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products shall not be responsible towards the same under any circumstances.
• Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment by Amazon or SBICPSL to conduct further, similar or other offers

• All disputes between the Cardholders and SBICPSL will be resolved inter se and Amazon will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the Cardholders and the SBICPSL.
• This Offer cannot be availed on: (i) purchase of the ineligible / excluded products mentioned above; or (ii) purchase by Cardholder using any card other than the Card (mentioned above).
• Under no circumstances, will the cashback being offered under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof by Amazon.
• By participating in this Offer, every Cardholder expressly agrees that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Cardholder may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with his/her use or delivery or misuse of any product purchased on Amazon.in.
• All disputes between the Cardholders and SBICPSL (as the case may be) will be resolved inter se and Amazon will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the Cardholders and SBICPSLs
• Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
• The Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary
• Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
