This marketing program (“Program”) is from SBI Card & Payment Services Private Ltd. (“SBICPSL”) under an arrangement with Yatra.com (India) ltd.(“Merchant”) are open to all residents of India holding a valid and current Tata Cards (“Cardholder”) and to whom a communication is sent either by SBICPSL and/or Merchant. The validity of this offer is from April 11, 2017 to May 10, 2017.

• Offer will be valid on bookings made with Tata Cards only.
• A Tata Cards can be used for a maximum of two transactions during the offer period.
• Offer is valid on domestic flight, domestic hotel, and Bus bookings.
• This is an exclusive offer for customer of selected cities.
• Customers are requested to use the Promo code for their city at the time of transaction.
• Tata Cards customer will receive specific promo code through sms & emailer, which are to be used during the transaction

a. Domestic Flights - Flat Rs. 600 OFF on minimum booking amount of Rs. 3,500
b. Domestic Hotels - Flat 20% OFF on minimum booking amount of Rs. 3,000, max discount of Rs. 1,000
c. Bus - Flat 15% OFF

• This offer is not valid for travel agents. Yatra reserves the right to recover the discounted amount if such a case is brought or comes to Yatra notice.
• This offer is valid only on online bookings made on Yatra's website (www.yatra.com) or Yatra.com app and the customer is required to mention the promo code for all bookings on the website.
• All tickets will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard airline terms and conditions.
• All standard Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time) mentioned on Yatra website would apply. In case of third party services/products, customer's sole recourse against the third party services/products being provided by third party suppliers shall be with the concerned suppliers only, and shall be subject to said supplier's own terms and conditions.
• This offer is not valid for split bookings where customer makes multiple bookings to avail multiple discounts. Yatra reserves the right to recover the discounted amount or cancel the booking if such a case is brought or comes to Yatra's notice.
• All purchases made under the program shall be subject to applicable cancellation/date change rules. In case of a cancellation, Yatra shall reverse the discount and shall not provide additional discount to the customer.
• Discounts provided under the offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount extended by Yatra as part of any other arrangement.
• Products offered under this program are subject to availability.
• All government levies like sales tax, TDS, any local tax, octroi etc., shall be payable by the customer as applicable at the time the respective discounts were offered.
• Customers are not bound in any way to participate in the programs. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a 'best effort basis'.
• Yatra reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to these programs/offer at any time without any prior notice.
• Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Gurgaon, Haryana, India only.
• This is a limited period offer and both the partners can change the offer terms anytime.

Other Terms & Condition

• This program is applicable to all residents of India holding a valid and current Tata Cards, except for Corporate Card.
• SBICPSL does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Program and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to the Merchant
• The Exclusive offers/discounts under these Programs cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount extended by the participating brands as part of any other arrangement.
• All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders apart of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.
• Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. SBICPSL shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.
• Products offered under this program are subject to availability from the respective participating brands/outlets of Merchant and accordingly SBICPSL in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.
• Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by SBICPSL or by Merchant
• SBICPSL will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by Merchant on its products/other products and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of Merchant and without reference to SBICPSL.
• All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
• Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by SBICPSL for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at New Delhi and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL.
• Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Programs. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
• SBICPSL and Merchant reserve the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to these Program at any time with/without prior notice to the cardholders.
• The award pronounced under the Arbitration clause or any other dispute that may arise between the parties in relation to or in connection with this letter agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of New Delhi.
