Learn MoreTata Card introduces Card Protection Plan (CPP), a specially designed service to safeguard your credit cards, debit cards, and several other major documents in case of loss, theft or fraud.
- Single call loss reporting : In case you lose your valuable credit, debit, ATM cards of any bank, you need to make a single call to CPP’s 24-hour helpline number to block all your lost cards
- CPP’s 24-hour helpline numbers are: 1800-419-4000 (toll-free); 6000-4000 (prefix city STD code)
- Emergency International number is +91 92124 44000
- You can report about all lost cards in one call. These helpline numbers are accessible from anywhere in the world
- Emergency hotel and travel assistance : If you have lost your cards and cash while travelling, CPP will facilitate the following emergency assistance services to help you get back to your home town:
- Payment of hotel bills for upto Rs. 1.6 Lakhs
- Arrange for your travel tickets for upto Rs. 1.6 Lakhs
- Emergency cash assistance (in India only) for upto Rs. 20,000
- Enroll your family members : As a Premium Card Protection customer, you can enroll only your spouse under the same plan. If you apply for a Platinum Card Protection plan, you can enroll up to 4 members of your family, (spouse and parents) and they can avail all the benefits of the Card Protection plan
- SMS2Talk service : Type CPP and send the SMS to 56767 to get a call back from a CPP customer care executive
- Fraud protection : As part of Card Protection membership, you will be enrolled into a complimentary add-on benefit of fraud protection that will ensure you are covered from any fraud due to loss/theft, skimming, counterfeiting, phishing, online usage and PIN based frauds.
Your protection begins 15 days prior to your loss report, for an amount upto Rs. 3 lakhs without any limit per card
- Lost PAN Card replacement service : In case you have lost your PAN Card, CPP will facilitate the process for getting your PAN Card replaced, free of cost
- Lost mobile phone reporting and SIM blocking : If your mobile phone is lost, CPP will help you block your SIM Card
- Case officer : CPP enables you to get end-to-end service by a single Case Officer for features/ benefits related queries, such as card blocking, SIM blocking, claim processing, PAN Card replacement and more
- Key fobs and reminder stickers : Attach CPP key fobs to your key rings or reminder stickers on your luggage, so that in case you lose these items, finders can return them to you by calling the CPP helpline number
- Valuable document registration : Register details of your passport, driving license, share certificates, insurance policies, etc. You can call the CPP helpline number and retrieve these details, whenever you want
- Mobile Phone Identifier (IMEI) registration service : You can register your IMEI number with CPP. CPP will hold it safe and provide you the same, when your phone is not around or lost
- Your membership now provides a 1-year subscription of F-Secure Internet Security which provides comprehensive protection while surfing, shopping, banking and using social media on your laptop or PC. Your net-banking and online e-commerce transactions are protected by an additional layer of security with the Banking Protection feature. F-Secure also protects your children against harmful, unsavory websites and keeps your private information and credentials concealed
